When you make a reservation, contact us, or register for Open Decks, we may process:

• Phone number
• Music preferences / genre (for Open Decks registrations)
• Any dietary requirements, allergies, or comments you share with us
• IP address and website statistics (anonymized via Consent Mode)

3. Why do we collect this data?

• To handle your table reservation or Open Decks scheduling correctly.
• To contact you regarding your question, appointment, or reservation.
• To analyze website usage through anonymous analytical pings.

4. Sharing with third parties

Under no circumstances is your data sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with parties strictly necessary for operational services, such as:

• Our hosting and email provider (Next.js/Vercel)
• Google (Analytics, strictly on an anonymous basis compliant with Consent Mode v2)

5. Retention period

We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected, unless a legal obligation (such as tax retention) prescribes a longer term. Registrations and contact details are deleted after 180 days at the latest.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent or object to processing. You can send a request to info@loop51.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
